It’s a little bit funny, that the “blog” section of Rowjienetix is becoming synonymous to my food trips. Haha. Well maybe, just like my sister, it already became my habit to take pictures of the food I eat, especially if I have to eat it for first time.

First on my list/menu today is the potato salad made by my friend Ervin. I got the chance to taste it and it actually tastes good. It is somehow different from the usual potato salad that I eat - it has lettuce, corn, and onions. I am inspired to do a similar version of this at home.

Me and my friends would always come back in Jonglo Korean Restaurant (Malate, Manila) once in a while. They are actually celebrating their 10th year anniversary this year and we have seen improvements in the restaurant when we went back there. I actually told my friends that I will remember all the names of the food that we’ll eat. Oh well, just look at the pictures. Haha. But I  really love Korean food!

And it’s also our habit to go to a coffee or tea shop after dinner. We decided to go to Cafe Breton in Robinson’s Manila. We were really craving a lot of food that night, that’s why I had Strawberry Cobbler. Yeah, that’s what you called “food cravings”. Haha.

The next day, my family celebrated my sister’s birthday and it was our first time to eat in Claw Daddy (SM Mall of Asia). They primarily serve sea foods.

I usually eat a lot on weekends. During weekdays, I would usually eat a lot when I have dinner with my friends. I went on a dinner with my friends last Monday in a McDonald’s near our home. Since we felt like it’s still early and we still want to chat, my friend Carlo treated us float and fries. Hello calories!

As mentioned in one of my previous blog entries, Ervin is my new food trip mate. We would usually eat somewhere new once in a while or eat food that we like to eat. Well, since I am more of a follower, I would usually eat what he wants to eat - just like having arroz caldo for dinner. But I love it too and usually, the simpler or cheaper the food that we eat, the more I remember it for a longer period of time. ^_^
