My phone has recently turned one year old. And I want to thank again my friend Carlo and JohnJan for “forcing” me to purchase it a year ago, especially to Carlo who lent me his credit card. I had to pay him for one year and I am about to give him my final payment anytime soon. I am still happy and contented with the performance of my HTC Desire S that’s why I upgraded it’s memory from 8gb to 16gb and bought a new earphone (Ear Candy by Panasonic).
It’s funny that one of the reasons why I wanted to have a smart phone is that I want to blog using it. And I think I’m just doing it after a year. Maybe because I am just busy or tired because of work that’s why I don’t blog regularly anymore, unlike before when I can do it daily. But I’ll try to at least blog (almost) everything that’s been happening to me.
Speaking of work, it is stressful recently. I had a major presentation which really stressed me out, aside from other tasks I have to do. And to be honest, the thought of looking for a new job has been running in my head for few days now, as well as the thought of trying to look for a job overseas.
Anyway, this week has been full of celebrations for my parents - my mother celebrated her birthday recently and it’s Father’s day today.
We jumped start the week by having an early birthday celebration for my mom at Uncle Cheffy in Prism Plaza near SM Mall of Asia, and I really love their panizza. My sister bought a mango cake from Bread Talk for my mom.
On the exact birthday of my mom, we decided to go to T House in Tagaytay so she can relax by having a massage. While waiting for her massage to be finished, my sister and I tried eating in their restaurant and took pictures around the place.
I really looked forward to the weekend because my high school friends and I had a plan of having a dinner so we can catch up with each other.
We ate in Uncle Cheffy (haha). It was actually an “anything goes” night for all of us. We were open to watching a movie, drinking, or having a videoke, but we ended in having conversations in Starbucks where we tried their Mango Yogurt Cheesecake (tastes good).
Before we parted ways we just suddenly thought of jogging next week. Haha. At least we’ll try do something healthy. Let’s see how this plan will turn out. :)
